Hardware Failures
Hinges, handles, brackets, towel bars, and seals that fail under normal use. We use commercial-grade hardware rated for 500,000+ open/close cycles.
Seal & Gasket Issues
Any seal or gasket deterioration within the first year of installation under normal use and cleaning conditions.
