1. Services
Same Day Frameless Shower Doors provides glass fabrication and installation services. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
2. Deposits and Payment
A deposit is required to schedule installation. Final payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, credit card, and financing through Synchrony Bank and Wisetack.
3. Warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship for one year from the date of installation. Glass and hardware manufacturer warranties apply separately. Warranty is voided by improper use, mishandling, or modifications by third parties.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled installation may receive a full deposit refund. Custom-cut glass cannot be returned or refunded once fabrication has begun. Changes to specifications after fabrication may incur additional charges.
5. Site Conditions
Customer is responsible for ensuring site is ready for installation on the scheduled date. This includes completing prior tile, plumbing, and framing work. Delays caused by site conditions may result in rescheduling fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Glass is a natural material and minor variations are not defects.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
