Rather than being applied after fabrication, ShowerGuard's protective coating is fused into the glass during the manufacturing process at the Guardian Glass facility — it is baked into the glass surface at high temperature and becomes a permanent part of the glass.

Cleaning Instructions
Clean with any standard glass cleaner — ShowerGuard is compatible with a wider range of products than hydrophobic coatings. Weekly cleaning with a mild glass cleaner is recommended. Squeegee after each shower for best long-term results.
